Services for International Students

Professional guidance at all stages is a must and a person may be required to upgrade skills, educational and professional qualifications to succeed in the competitive and complex job market in Canada. International Student Services is responsible for providing programs prioritizing growth, progress, and success of international students at AdonB'rit College. We hope to ease their transition to a new school and a new home in a new country. International Student Services is a home away from home. When in difficulty, home is the first place you turn to; and so should International Student Services be the first place to turn to, when running into unexpected situations. We have a wealth of information on diverse issues. If we can't respond to an inquiry, we have all the key contacts to direct you to someone who can.

Airport Pick-up

With 48 hours of pre-arrival notification, we can arrange to have a school representative meet students at the airport and drive them to their residence.

Housing

AdonB'rit College can arrange a wide variety of accommodations for students. Whether it is a home stay, renting a room in a house, an apartment, or renting optional housing, we will ensure that your housing is comfortable and safe. With information from the student before coming to Canada, such as an approximate budget for rent and the desired living environment, AdonB'rit College can locate housing for the student to choose from upon arrival. AdonB'rit College can also arrange temporary housing until the right long-term residence is located.

Orientation Program

An orientation is offered to all international students registered at AdonB'rit College. Orientation provides vital information regarding community services, student services and academic issues.

Immigration Services

The International Student Center offers all visa students information and letters of support to assist them in understanding and complying with Canada's immigration regulations and policies.

 

Academic Support

AdonB'rit College has foreign student advisors to offer academic support and guidance. Our specific goal is to ensure academic success by providing individual counseling and support.

Peer Tutoring and Support

AdonB'rit College offers academic tutoring to visa students as requested. There is also one-on-one English tutoring provided if requested.
